White Team
White Team consist of highly competitive divers whom have dedicated themselves to train hard and put forth their best effort everyday. This program is meant to transition divers from recreational diving to the more competitive diving competitions around the country. Divers will be training for AAU Diving National meets and USA Diving Regional and Zone meets.
Ages
Divers of any age who have advanced past Learn To Dive and are committed to improving their skills and learning new dives on 1 meter, 3 meter and platform.
When
Training commitment of 3 days per week.

Practice locations vary based on team schedule and pool availability.

Practices
White Team practices average 2 hours. Practice times vary based on team schedule and pool availability.
Meets
White Team will focus on competing at the regional and national levels of junior diving. White Team divers are required to attend all Ohio Diving League (ODL) and AAU Diving meets that AFD attends and should be working towards competing at USA Diving Regional and Zone Meets.

White Team is available to divers only by invitation from the AFD coaching staff.
Remember to make sure your AAU Diving and USA Diving memberships are current before you begin the registration process.
You will need to enter the diver's membership numbers to begin registration.

2027 White Team Fall Session
Divers are able to join the White Team only after an evaluation process and invitation from the AFD Coaching Staff.
