First off, another reminder to renew your USA Diving Membership prior to 12/31. It is our understanding that the membership cost is going to increase substantially in 2021 (like almost 3x more) but if you renew prior to 12/31, they will grandfather in the current pricing.
We are currently rescheduling the Hudson practices for Monday, December 21-Wednesday, December 23 and Monday, December 28-Wednesday, December 30. Please text Mrs. Keating (330.261.2186) with your reschedule requests which will be at University School in Hunting Valley or YSU in Youngstown.
Your options are below. They are first come, first serve and have limited availability. PLEASE NOTE: You may request an equal amount of hours that you are missing. So, if you are missing (3) one hour practices in Hudson, you can request, as an example (2) 90 minute practices at University School.
We are not rescheduling Thursday, December 24 or Thursday, December 31 as these were already planned closures upon registration.
Please make sure you read the MANDATORY protocol / waivers for each location by visiting americanflyersdiving.com/facilities. Please make sure your diver is aware of the location specific protocol. PLEASE NOTE: Coaches will not be at the door at University School to let your divers in until practice time as they have to let the prior practice out first. Please do not arrive more then 5 minutes before practice is scheduled to begin.
PLEASE NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for me to respond to your request. Your request must be CONFIRMED by me prior to attending practice. We can not exceed capacity. This is very strict during the Pandemic.

If you are absolutely unable to reschedule your practices at Hudson, you may request a refund by responding to this email. We are doing the best we can to get through this Pandemic that changes day by day. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
