Week of May 11 Schedule

As a reminder, all of the content below is available for those that DID NOT request a FULL Refund for the March-May Session. If you are signing up for Trampoline Lessons, you will need to request a Discount Code since they are included with your tuition. The Discount Code is the same each week, so you do not need to request a new one if you have already gotten one from me. The code is re-usable.


  • Monday, May 11 > Mindfulness & Yoga from 3pm-4:30pm > One Zoom link for the entire time this week, not separate links. Listed in SE app and on the AFD website calendar
  • Tuesday, May 12; Wednesday, May 13; Thursday, May 14; Friday, May 15 > Dryland from 4pm-5pm > Zoom links listed in SE app and on the AFD website calendar. MINIMUM 3x per week is considered mandatory for RWBP Teams. While not mandatory, these sessions are strongly encouraged for the DEV/INT groups.
  • Tuesday, May 12; Wednesday, May 13 > Small Group Trampoline Session from 1pm-1:30pm; 5pm-5:30pm; 5:30pm-6pm. REGISTRATION REQUIRED at this link: (this is a NEW Registration link) A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants no later then 10 minutes prior to your time-slot.
  • Friday, May 15 > Fearless Fridays with USA Diving 5pm-6pm > USA Diving Facebook Live with a replay available on USA Diving YouTube. Facebook Live link listed in SE app and on the AFD website calendar.


We moved to a Small Group Trampoline Sessions so that we could fit more divers in. REGISTRATION is still required at the link above. Multiple coaches will be available to navigate these sessions and space is limited in each time-slot.
