Divers: Finish the stretching and conditioning that you did not do yesterday! I will repost the list in the Group Me app. If you have any questions, you can ask them there; or if you tap Coach Curtis' picture in the Group Me app he has set up, you can message him directly!
Mrs Keating will also do her best to post what's in the Group Me app here as well for your convenience. The Group Me app is liked by Coach Curtis because the divers can have an ongoing conversation/chat with him all in one place. :)

Make sure they read Coach Curtis' first instructions in the thread which includes a workout over the next couple days. He is also asking for them to acknowledge what they read as well as respond as to how they have been doing.
We realize that not everyone has all the equipment and that some of the divers aren't able to do all that is asked in the workout. Do as much as you can with what you have! :)
These virtual practices/meetings will continue to evolve over the next days (and hopefully not weeks.)
